CHECK-IN

Upon your arrival, a Plymouth Orchard staff person will greet you and direct your group.
Should our staff be busy with another group at the time of your arrival, we ask that you:

~ Park your vehicle(s) furthest away from the Red Apple Barn.

~ Direct your group to wait by the split rail fence in front of the Red Apple Barn.

~ Pay for your tour inside the Cider Mill at the check-in counter (group leaders only)

~ Return to your group and wait patiently for your tour to begin.

LUNCHES

Plymouth Orchards will guarantee an inside eating space for cider and donuts only. Although we do not encourage bringing lunches, should you opt to eat lunch at our facility, an outside pavilion is available, but we do not always have the time and space to allow lunch groups in the main building. Please make sure the children are dressed appropriately to eat outside comfortably.

PUMPKINS

Small pie pumpkins may be available to pick after October 1st. This can be worked into your regular tour for an additional $2.00 per pumpkins. Stickers will be provided at the check-in counter as you pay for your tour. The sticker should be visibly placed on the child's outer clothing or on the pumpkin.

To keep pumpkins prices low, it is important that you instruct only those who have paid for a pumpkin to pick. This eliminates confusion and disappointment for those who have not paid for a pumpkin and inadvertently pick a pumpkin and have to return it to the field.
